 Paul has in-excess of 30 years of industry experience to provide expertise, support and guidance to mine development projects and operations,  including project and design management; due diligence; metallurgical consulting; project sponsorship and peer review functions; commercial  negotiations; and, asset review; for feasibility studies through to design, construction and commissioning aspects of project implementation.

Based  upon strong operational and construction experience, Paul has also been involved in significant ITE and expert witness assignments.  

 A Metallurgical Engineer with over 25 years of industry experience to provide expertise across all major technical and managerial core functions.

Possessing a strong technical and managerial background in process design and development, the planning and execution of studies and projects. Global experience in Australia, Canada, South America and West Africa; working within multinational organisations.

Highly regarded cross commodity technical experience including mineral processing, physical metallurgy, and hydrometallurgy for the extraction of Cu, Au, Ag, Ni, Co & Sc; pyro-metallurgical processing of laterite to ferronickel; extraction of oil from oil sands; iron ore and coal beneficiation. 

Arif has over 19 years of experience in the mining industry, much of this has been focussed on the base metals, gold and cement industry in Australia and internationally.

Roles have included senior positions in engineering and design management, process plant commissioning, project and study management, and pyro-metallurgical consulting. Arif has specialist expertise in pyrometallurgy and has a thorough understanding of OEM systems, fabrication and construction practises 

Experienced and accomplished Project Services / Controls Manager, occasional Project Manager and Contracts Administrator, with a proven track record in the execution of medium, large and mega capital projects. Full project execution experience with strong project set-up capability for successful execution through engineering, procurement and logistics, construction to handover, performance testing, close-out and defects liability. 

David has played a key role in the development of some of the largest iron ore projects in Western Australia, including Roy Hill and BHPBIO Rapid Growth Projects.  

Experienced and respected Contracts Manager with a proven track record in the commercial delivery of projects for, or on behalf of the client. With over 25 years’ experience in either client self-executed projects or EPC / EPCM project delivery on behalf of the client. John’s attention to detail and ethical commercial approach in contract management, administration and dispute resolution in an outcomes focused approach has proved beneficial in achieving the client’s commercial outcome. 

John has a wealth of on-site experience in remote regions and has been resident in numerous countries where an on-site presence is necessary to achieve the desired contracts management outcomes for the project
