Arif has specialist expertise in pyrometallurgy and has a thorough understanding of OEM systems, fabrication and construction practices.
Stephen has over 30 years’ experience in mineral processing industry. He also has extensive knowledge in plant operations, design and commissioning and also in comminution, flotation, gravity separation, thickening, filtration and tailings. He has extensive experience in gold, nickel, nickel/copper, lead, zinc, iron ore, tantalum and talc.
Serena commenced her career in drafting in 1998 and has since accumulated over 14 years of experience in drawing office and design management. She possesses extensive expertise in materials handling, mechanical design, and plant layout across various industries, including mining, oil and gas, and agriculture.
Her technical proficiency encompasses a wide range of engineering drawing and design software, such as the full Autodesk suite, Prosteel, SolidWorks, MicroStation, and the Microsoft Office suite. Additionally, Serena is skilled in document control, 3D site scanning, and model implementation, ensuring precise and efficient project execution.
Berk is a highly skilled mining engineer with strong technical and leadership experience across the mining and resources sector. He specialises in mine planning, scheduling, and production optimisation, as well as financial modelling, cost estimation, and project profitability analysis. At NewPro, he has led major projects from concept to execution, ensuring operational efficiency, cost control, and safety, while building strong stakeholder relationships.
George is a Senior Project Engineer with over 20 years of mechanical engineering and project delivery experience across EPCM, mining, and manufacturing sectors. Binnur is a Mineral Processing Engineer with 6 years’ experience across base and precious metals. She specialises in base metal flotation backed by 4 years of on-site operational experience and has strong leach engineering experience (concept, FEED and detailed design).
